Stress Less!

I hate stress, however, sometimes stress can be good. For an example, psychological studies (Fight vs. Flight) describe how stress enables us to give a more rapid response to the situation.
Or course, there is always the flip-side such as before a big meeting when you suddenly forget your speech.
Anyway, tomorrow is a big day, and in honour of it I’ve done a quick comic on what it was like the first time I went off doing something like this on my own (getting a cartilage piercing). It’s called; the 5 stages of doing something scary.
